I am married to a wonderful man, Yehiel, who is an inspired and talented chef with over 25 years of experience. He went to an agriculture school where he experienced first hand the important connection between human kind and nature. It’s there where he developed appreciation for fresh produce and that is when his philosophy of ‘add nothing that’s not essential to the flavour’ became his motto.
